TYPES OF PUNCH HOLES

Drilled Punches(Irregular Angles Edge)

This type is popular. It is possible to wedge foam, rubber etc. into the drilled punches. The cutting lines are better than if using the Feed Through Punches and Side Ejector Punches. The knife is about 0.7mm thick (fromφ30 or more, the knife is 1.0mm thick). The one-sided knife is the same thickness.(The spacing rule of standard dimensionsis 0.5mm)

Side Ejector Punches

This type is a modification of the Feed Through Punches. As the waste material is collected from the side of drilled punches, the punches are made much more than Feed Through Punches. The feed box must be put on the base of the side ejector punches. This type is a lot more expensive. The diameter is from φ1 to φ10. The type of φ11/ φ12 should be ordered separately. For larger punches, we cannot make the feed box of 23.6 in height.

Spring punches

These are the punches with springs inside.Spring punches are favorable as rubber wedging is not necessary. They are more expensive than the common drilled punches. The diameter is from φ1 to φ15. The odd φ can be created.

Feed Through Punches

The punch has straight and thick pipes. They are suitable for hard and thick materials. The waste material iscollected inside the pipe, this makes it convenient. They are more expensive than the common drilled punches. The common drilled punches have better cutting lines. The diameter is from φ1 to φ40. (From φ13 or more, the spacing rule of standard dimensions is 1.0mm).

Guide pin

Used to position material during 2-step cutting or partial cutting.
*Commercial height specification is usually 30H. We can produce according to customer requirements up to 90H.

Pin/Stud Type

Mainly used for carton stamping
It is mainly used for marking and piercing holes.
Since the body is thin and extends from the base, Noda Co., Ltd. uses a wide-spread type to prevent it from coming off the base when cutting.

Types of white mirror punch holes

This is a circular blade with a cutting edge that has been polished many times after being machined by a lathe to improve the sharpness of the product. During the punching process, because the blade is sharp, the punching pressure due to friction is reduced, allowing the cutting surface to be sharp and the height accuracy to be improved.
Like the mirror-coated blades, it has high sharpness and is rust-free, and can punch adhesive materials and materials in the food industry.

NC punching hole types

NC punching hole
As the name suggests, this is a punching hole that is precisely machined by CNC. It has excellent precision, high durability, and can process complex, small shapes that the die blade (Thomson) cannot do. And it can also be coated with a non-stick coating on the cutting blade.
Even shapes that are not round holes can be produced to escape waste, so you achieve a significant increase in productivity when processing multi-hole shapes
